Keto Version
2 teaspoons of butter
S&B Curry Powder*
1 pound of tenderloin beef
Broccoli
Broccoli Slaw
Shirataki Noodles*

Low-carb
2 teaspoons of butter
S&B Curry Mix Blocks*
1 pound of tenderloin beef
Carrots
Broccoli Slaw
Shirataki Noodles*

Directions:
I heated up the butter in a pan under medium high heat. I try to find some way to gourmet up my home cooked meals. This time, I chose a good cut of fatty tenderloin (yay Ketosis fanatics). Because this is a quick recipe, you won't have time to stew the meat to make it soft; pick a cut of meat that is going to melt in your mouth!

I salted the beef and added it to the butter followed by veggies. After five minutes, I added water and brought everything to a boil. I then lowered the heat and added the convenient S&B Curry Mix cubes. Continue to stir until the mix is fully dissolved and simmer until the sauce thickens. That's it!

I always take time to practice the art of plating
I do love quick and easy meals, but I always take time to plate everything I make. It’s pretty cathartic and makes every dish feel special. For this dish, I threw all of this over carb free shirataki noodles and broccoli slaw. To gourmet it up, I garnished it with garlic chips, dried yuzu leaves, red ginger, and a dash of S&B Togarashi spice.

Let me know if you try making this dish!
